French law (LCEN, article 6-III-2) lets a non-professional publisher withhold their postal address as long as the host is identified. The host is identified below, and the publisher’s identifying details have been given to it.

The server and its database are located in the Toronto, Canada datacenter. Data is stored in Canada.

• The code, design, texts and layout of SkinROI belong to the publisher. You may use the site and the app for their intended purpose; copying, redistributing or reselling them needs written permission.
• Skin names, item images, game data, and the Counter-Strike and Steam names and logos belong to Valve Corporation. SkinROI uses them only to identify the items it prices, the way a price list names the products it lists.
• What you add yourself (purchase prices, sales, notes, alerts, watchlist) stays yours. You give SkinROI only the permission it needs to store it and show it back to you, and, if you turn the public portfolio on, to show the value and top skins on that page until you turn it off.
• Market prices come from the third-party markets named on the privacy policy and remain their data.

SkinROI is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. SkinROI is Powered by Steam: sign-in, profiles, inventories and Steam Community Market prices come from Steam’s public interfaces, and our use of Steam data is governed by the Steam Web API Terms of Use.

What is collected, why, for how long and how to export or delete it is described in the privacy policy. The site sets only first-party cookies and no advertising or tracking cookies.

This site, the app and these notices are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice does not take away the protections your local consumer law makes mandatory, and you keep the right to bring a claim before your local courts.
